City Hall Collection
On display in the Webster Groves City Hall, 4 East Lockwood, are 19 works of art by Webster Groves artists or that feature scenes in Webster Groves that the City has collected over the past few decades. These include

  • July Fourth, a 2000 watercolor by Ernestine Betsberg,
  • Swirls, a 2006 oil by Arthur Osver, and
  • pieces by Marilynne Bradley, Caroline Todd, Francis Tandy, Leone Cooper, Roy Collins and others.
